Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, orders are processed and registered with our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled or modified.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has shipped, you may:

  • Refuse the delivery, or

  • Accept the delivery and return the item to our warehouse at your own expense.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the product price.


Returns

  • Returns must be initiated after delivery and sent back to our warehouse.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Once the returned product is received, your refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method.


Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@sweeproll.comΒ within 24 hours of placing your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • The original shipping address

  • The new shipping address

Address changes cannot be made once the order has left our fulfillment center.



Product Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and lighting, actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown online.

If you have questions about color, material, or sizing, please contact us before placing your order.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost, or

  • If you prefer a refund, we must wait 14 days from the expected delivery date to confirm the parcel is officially lost before issuing a refund.

At least one replacement attempt may be required before alternative resolutions are offered.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue

  • We will send a free replacement at no additional cost

Replacement orders follow the same delivery timeframe as original orders (6–10 business days).
